  2. Locate and open the Class Files folder that contains your course materials.
  3. Execute the following file management sequence:
    • Single-click on the AutoCAD Class folder to select it (avoid double-clicking, which will open the folder).
    • Press CTRL–C to copy the entire folder and its contents to your system clipboard.
    • Press CTRL–V to paste and create a duplicate copy.
    • The newly created copy will typically appear at the bottom of your folder list. Right-click to rename it yourname-AutoCAD Class, replacing "yourname" with your actual name or preferred identifier.
